My research study examined a diverse range of user archetypes to ensure comprehensive coverage.

Conducted an through study user interviews spanning 5 continents: North and South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia with various users and job bands. Ranging from analysts to the executive leadership team.

Delivered and as a result it led to key Leadership prioritizing requirements with Product and Development teams. The UX teams benefited with clear actionable insights into the work.
