Establishing ERIE's UX Team as a Brand
I led the effort to establish ERIE's UX Team as a recognized brand by developing storyboards, design presentations, and UI showcases that highlighted our core team's work and demonstrated our impact across every division.
Creative Direction
What I did. I handled the storyboarding the narrative, designing the scene and directing the on-location shoot with actors. The film showcased our e-signature product feature through a customer scenarios while giving viewers a behind-the-scenes look at our design methods—personas, wireframes, and team collaboration in action.

Custom Pattern Library
As a key contributor to ERIE's Pattern Library, I applied the latest WCAG rules to the following patterns and component. Each pattern was reviewed as a team and vetted.
New Policy Endorsement
This system replaces ERIE's outdated auto policy platform, eliminating errors and redundancies for agents managing new and existing policyholders. Integrated search and verification tools ensure accuracy during the submission process.

Custom Touchpanels
Created a custom pattern library for our vendor to source for the new Thomas B. Hagen building and select executive conference rooms.
Redesigned the User Interface for Crestron Systems and implemented ERIE’s Pattern Library and ERIE logos
